At Skatterlings we adore tech. We adopted digital photography two years too early and had to wait for the magazine world tp catch up. We moved onto linear digital editing when the industry was still happy cutting film, and we got into drones before anyone had heard of them. To our detriment...

Sometimes being first to adopt a new tech isn't the best strategy and our investment in expensive custom built drones backfired when mass producers brought out better kit that made our investment redundant.

So why the bad story? Well, we learn from our mistakes and learn we sure did.

​

Our drone vagabonds are all experienced, qualified drone pilots who recognise the drone is another tool in our camera bags to create beautiful images.

 

Whether it's traditional stable platform camera work or high speed FPV (first person view) you're after we fly them all.
